Joining The Club

What is the 16 Minute Club?

The 16 Minute club is a monthly subscription box for breastfeeding moms. We send you what you need (education and products), right when you need it (based on baby’s developmental stage).

How does the 16 Minute Club subscription service work?

We want to make it easier for you to reach your breastfeeding goals and have the information and products you need on hand for each developmental stage your baby grows through. Our solution will be delivered to your doorstep every six weeks, starting at $35.00 per box. Never worry about not being prepared, the 16 Minute Club is here to help you one breastfeeding session at a time.

When should I sign up?

Don’t worry if you didn’t subscribe before your baby was born. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends breast milk for the first year of life and beyond. We offer 10 developmental milestone boxes based on baby’s age – simply go to "Find Your Box" in the menu at the top of this page and we will help you identify where to start.

Products

What do I get in each box?

Every six weeks as your baby develops and your breastfeeding relationship evolves, you’ll get a new chapter of our breastfeeding handbook. In your first box you’ll get a beautiful binder for organization and storage of your handbook chapters. You’ll also get educational items adapted by Wendy for the 16 Minute Club to assist you in overcoming obstacles common to the phase you are entering and you’ll receive supportive products selected by Wendy to enhance breastfeeding and baby’s ongoing development. The retail value of each box will be greater than the subscription price – please keep in mind – it is the information and education that will make all the difference in your breastfeeding success; products are there to assist you and make everything just a little easier or more fun.

What if I don’t like what’s in my 16 Minute Club box?

We want every one of our customers to be satisfied with their 16 Minute Club membership. We hope that we’re providing helpful education and a variety of products that you still enjoy most items in every box. Share items with other breastfeeding moms if you cannot use them and send us some feedback at [email protected], it will make us smarter and help us deliver you the best information and products.

I have allergies to certain products and ingredients. What do I do?

Please give us a call to discuss your membership – in some cases we can make substitutions, in other cases we may decide the subscription is not right for your family. Give us a call toll-free and let’s figure it out together: 866-797-9538.

Shipping

Is shipping included?

Yes! Standard shipping is included, you should receive your box approximately 5 – 10 business days after we ship. You’ll receive an email to let you know it’s on its way. (Free shipping only applies within the United States. There is an extra fee to ship to Canada.)

When will I receive my box?

You should receive a box every six weeks based on baby’s due date or birthday – whichever you have provided in your profile page. Your account settings will initially display that your box is “processing” after you are billed. When your box ships out, the “processing” message on your account settings will update to reflect your tracking information. We ship boxes weekly from California; boxes should arrive an estimated 5 – 10 business days after they ship. You will also receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress. My Account - Order History will also show you all boxes that have been shipped including tracking numbers. Questions? Is the box discreet?

Absolutely, you can even have it shipped to your office.

Can I change my shipping address?

Of course! Simply go to My Account and you’ll find the shipping address we have on file for you on the Dashboard. Select Edit Address and make any changes. Questions? Send us an email at [email protected]

Can I extend my current subscription?

We think you’ll find the 16 Minute Club helpful and enjoyable to receive – yes, you can extend your current subscription. Give us a call at 866-797-9538, and we'll be happy to extend your subscription, and add on additional boxes to support you through the first year of breastfeeding.

Billing

When will my card be charged?

For subscriptions that are paid up front, your card will be charged at the time you check out. If you are buying a single box, you will also be charged at the time you check out. For "pay as you go" subscriptions, your card will be charged every 6 weeks when a box is shipped to you, for the duration of your subscription.

What is your cut off date for new subscriptions in order to get the next box?

Because we ship every week we really don’t have a cut off date. We will take a look at your due date or baby’s birth date and begin shipping in relation to that date. The pre-natal will come about 30 days before delivery unless you sign up 10 days before delivery – we will then ship our as quickly as possible. In that case, your second box will not be held for six weeks but will be sent when baby is estimated to be one week old so you can take advantage of the items in the Early Weeks box (weeks 1 – 6). Your third box would then be sent 6 weeks after your first box – right back on schedule. Questions? Send us an email at [email protected]

Is my credit card payment secure?

Absolutely. Credit card orders are all handled in a PCI compliant environment and we are committed to making sure that your personal information remains private.

Membership

What is your cancellation policy?

Please call us at 866-797-9538 to cancel your subscription. Please make sure to cancel at least 48 hours before the next planned shipment if you don’t want to get the next box. If you’re having trouble for any reason, email us at [email protected] and we’ll help you out.

Gift Subscriptions

Can I gift a 16 Minute Club membership?

The Breastfeeding Support Program makes a great gift for pregnant and new moms, just click on "Find Your Box" in the menu at the top of the page to select the appropriate box for the recipient.
